Hey, I’m Dr. Cass

Chiropractor, certified Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) practitioner, Kinesiologist, and somatic movement guide.

But also: a barefoot, journalling, matcha-sipping human who’s deeply fascinated by how our bodies, stories, and nervous systems hold it all.

With over 10 years’ experience supporting people through physical, emotional, and behavioural changes, I help those feeling stuck, scattered, or simply “off” come back into alignment — gently, honestly, and without the fluff.

From Animal Care to Nervous System Repair

I began this work with a dream of becoming an animal chiropractor. To qualify, I first had to work with humans — and that’s when everything shifted.

What started as biomechanics and spinal adjustments slowly evolved. I noticed people weren’t just dealing with physical pain — they were carrying emotional tension, stress, and stories in their bodies.

As I continued learning, I began integrating mind-body tools like NET, somatic movement, and emotional clearing — and everything changed. My sessions became more whole-person focused, blending structure with softness, and science with intuition.

I’ve Been Where You Are

For years, I was the high-achiever who ticked all the boxes. I looked like I had it all together — but deep down, I felt disconnected from myself. I didn’t know who I was outside of the roles I’d learned to play.

That quiet discomfort became my catalyst.
It led me into seasons of self-inquiry, nervous system healing, and deep unlearning.

I found support in:

  • Brazilian and Latin dancing

  • NET therapy and immune system support

  • Nature, journalling, slow mornings

  • Honest conversations and holistic care

Each tool helped me return to myself. And now, I hold space for others to do the same.

What I Believe

I work with high-functioning, heart-heavy humans who’ve lived by everyone else’s rules for too long.

The ones who feel the pull to reset, realign, and reclaim who they truly are.

What lights me up is witnessing people shift — when their breath deepens, their nervous system softens, and they start making choices that actually feel like theirs.

This work matters because it’s real, layered, and powerful when met with presence and care.

Why I do what I do

Through my own journey — from heartbreak and burnout to healing and rediscovery — I came to see how disconnected we can become from ourselves while doing all the “right” things. I’ve lived the high-functioning chaos, the immune crashes, the emotional numbness. And I’ve also felt what it’s like to come back online, to feel lighter, clearer, and grounded again — with support, somatic work, NET, nature, movement, and deep nervous system realignment.

What breaks my heart is seeing others stuck in that silent survival state, especially when they’re outwardly “successful.” And what lights me up is watching someone soften into their spark again — when their posture shifts, their energy brightens, and they remember they have a choice.

This work matters to me because it’s real. It’s layered. And it works — when done with care and consistency. My mission is to offer grounded guidance and real-time support to help you reset, realign, and reclaim a life that feels like yours — from wherever you are in the world.

When I’m not guiding sessions…

You’ll find me barefoot or dancing in the kitchen, journaling in a cosy café corner, climbing a wall (or a life metaphor), or chatting with my plants and any animals nearby like they’re old friends. I geek out over nervous system magic, Spirited Away, Pokémon jewellery, good food, travels with my partner, friends or family, crystals, and honest chats that go deeper than surface smiles. Give me a strong matcha, a spontaneous dance floor, or a crunchy philosophical conversation and I’m in my element.
